Lexus LX 2024 (20) - 570 5.7 V8 Automatic 4X4 8 seats 5dr

I bought a Mercedes B-Class from this dealer back in February 2024. The sales process and customer service was excellent - there were a couple of nicks out of the paintwork and they touched them up with matching paint there and then! I've waited a while before leaving a review to make sure there were no problems, and I love the car and runs great, passed MOT first time. There was an issue with the battery recently which may have been there when I bought the car, but I was a bit slow to check with Supreno. The manager was kind enough to offer me \xa3100 compensation which he transferred within a couple of days. An honest dealer rather than a dodgy one! Will certainly consider buying my next used car from Supreno!

If I could give more stars I would! Let me elaborate why I am so happy with buying the car from these guys: I was very conscious going to test drive a desired car being a woman who does not understand much about cars and I was getting my very first car - I felt very scared and nervous before I stepped in the Supreno Cars office. However, my experience was fabulous, Tahmas was SO patient with me, so informative and so polite - he made me feel very comfortable within the first 5 minutes talking to him. Tahmas answered all my really silly newbie questions, went through car's history with me, made sure I understood all the rules, costs and other important administrative details that apply to a car owner. I really appreciate the attention I got and the caring attitude from these guys. I felt very comfortable, listened to and most importantly - I felt like I have enough room to think, weight the options and come up with a decision in my own time (I left a refundable deposit and then came back to buy the car). I bought a really old car that was fitting my budget as a newbie driver, and it was a very exciting and important experience in my life, I am so thankful Supreno were there for me and made it so easy. They are genuinely good company who do their business to high customer service standards, which I find so rare these days. When it is time to upgrade my car there is no doubt I will come back to Supreno cars - I trust them and cherish the standards of their business. Thank you so much :)
