We purchased a van from Eadles Vans a year ago and was very happy with our investment Jake has a very impersonal personality that creates a more personal individual experience. However a year down the road we discovered when putting the van in for a service we discovered it had a wet belt instead of a cam belt and it requires replacing. We were told it was a cam belt so we contacted Eadles where once again Jake dealt with inquiry. Jake’s instant response was completely apologetic for this oversight. He asked us to bring the van in to Oxford from Poole in Dorset and he would ensure a new wet belt would be installed. He in fact went the extra mile done the servicing and the mot and did not charge us for any of it. I whole heartedly recommend Eadles you are assured of excellent service and you will be very happy with your purchase.

We recently bought a van from Eadles and I can’t speak highly enough about the service and care that we received throughout the whole process. The van itself is fabulous and was extremely well prepared by Eadles, and Jake couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive, going over and above all expectations to ensure we felt happy with both our purchase and the part exchange process. Just Brought a vw transporter from Eadle’s limited and had exceptional service from the 1st phone call to receiving the vehicle. Part exchanged 2 vehicles and got a price I was very happy with. I recently bought a ford ranger from here. I found the sales process really smooth and Jake was incredibly helpful and professional. We did hit a bump in the road post sale, a delay in a part being delivered and an issue with DVLA. When a business has issues post sale it is easy for them to brush it under the carpet, avoid your calls and not resolve the problem. This was not the case here, Jake was always available on the end of the phone, even when on holiday and everything was resolved. I have since recommended them and will happily do so.
