Audi Q8 2019 - TDI QUATTRO S LINE VORSPRUNG AUTOMATIC MHEV 5-Door

So first of all I dealt with a guy Stephen who was the sales advisor who sold me a car and he assured me everything works and when I was coming home which was a 2 hr journey the side mirrors weren’t working. I then spoke to Stephen and he didn’t wanna pay my mechanic \xa375 to get it repaired instead he got 2 fellas to bring my car all the way back to Rye doing 168 miles putting my miles up and when it’s a 2 hr journey and assured me that it was gonna be picked up on a transporter… there wasn’t one and then lied telling me they don’t do that here. I then explained to him when his guys turned up that if he told me they don’t do that I would’ve said leave it. I left 3/4 tank of petrol in the car and come back with it empty whereas i used there courtesy car and only did a few miles in it. There was no transporter and made out he never mentioned it… purely because he’s a dealer and don’t wanna pay out. He then blamed the fact I had a ghost alarm fitted which was the issue when it wasn’t because I spoke with him on the day they weren’t working but surprise, surprise he forgot. I explained to him I took pics of the mileages on both cars and how much were used and then when i asked him about the petrol money he didn’t wanna pay. So basically I’ve put money into him getting it repaired when it was his fault and “assured me” everything worked. I had pics to prove how much mileage was used read my messages on WhatsApp and completely ignored me. It’s been 3 weeks and still been ignored. Bottom line check the car thoroughly and don’t take there word of mouth. If there is a problem you’ll prob be paying the bill….

Amazing Team, So Helpful! Just bought my first family car @ Skinners Garage in Rye. Nothing was too much trouble for them. People say Skinners are expensive, I say buying a car for \xa36000 and it going wrong a month later is expensive. This company only sells cars with full service history and low mileage, amazing condition and been well looked after. I don't know why you would want to buy anywhere else in the local area. Cheap finance plan on a very beautiful, well loved vehicle, warranty and piece of mind. Will be using their garage for all service needs. We're local ourselves and feel like we can trust their operation for any future needs totally.
