Have been in many places servicing my car but this one was very welcoming in deed. Friendly team showed me in, booked me in with a smile, offered a hot desk to carry out my work plus refreshments, explained the service procedure clearly and in general made me feel looked after. Special thank you to Andrew and his great team. Vehicle was serviced promptly and washed thoroughly, video shared on time and report authorisation worked seamlessly. Great 10 yrs ago… but now… oh dear, will not be buying through them again… misleading information and inexperienced staff, not his fault… he deserves better from who ever is managing the place… gosh, so sad… on my door step… but absolutely would not recommend them. Get a grip guys!

Avoid at all costs. This place gives the appearance of a professional outfit but will con you at every turn. If you sign up the their service plan, your repairs will be 20-30% higher than an independent garage. They add on a diagnostic fee if something goes wrong with your vehicle, even if under warranty, and when I tried to get hold of my full service history which is kept on file, they claimed to have emailed me but yet I never received it. It took me 5 phone calls all with the same useless response and in the end they suggested I come in in person to collect it...no doubt to try and flog me another useless Vauxhall. Honestly, do yourself a favour and avoid. Car supermarkets and local garages are a far better proposition than dealing with dealership swindlers.
