Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I paid a deposit to secure a vehicle and even went down to view the car in person. The sales rep assured me that a few minor issues were being sorted out, and that’s what we were waiting on before completing the sale. I was told everything was progressing as planned. In reality, they were selling the car to someone else behind my back. Communication suddenly went cold, and only later was I informed that the vehicle had been sold to another buyer — despite having my deposit and verbal confirmation that the car was reserved for me. To make matters worse, I still haven’t received a refund for my deposit, despite repeated attempts to chase them. This experience has been nothing short of appalling. Dishonest, misleading, and completely lacking in customer care. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this company.

I’d highly advise to AVOID buying a car from here.. purchased a car to which I had for 1 week and it’s spent 4 weeks being ‘repaired’ and had the same reply every time I’ve asked for an update to which clearly my car hasn’t even been touched or worked on yet. Asked to return the car as I need a car for my family to which I’ve been told it doesn’t work like that. For the style of garage this is I’m highly disappointed and didn’t think this is the type of service I’d receive from somewhere like this.
