If you ever step into BMW Milton Keynes, ask for Joe Gordon. Any problem I had, he solved. Any worries I had, he made sure I was comfortable. No pressure at all, just a well informed and smooth experience from start to finish. Joe made the whole process a pleasure. Stratstone is lucky to have him. Well done!

Authentic North Korean experience! Management could use some customer service training. They seem to be right out of North Korea! Would you be happy if a garage had your car for 177 days, only to return it after almost 6 months in an unroadworthy, unsafe and outright dangerous condition? According to retailmotorlaw.co.uk any service or repair must not leave your car in an unroadworthy condition. By law. Their words, not mine. BMW Stratstone Milton Keynes (then Jardine) fitted a new engine, turbocharger and high pressure oil system to my privately purchased 2017 BMW 530e in Sept 2023 at a cost of \xa318.6k, but the car remained troublesome. Eventually it died completely in March 2025 with a total loss of power, all electrics, battery and engine totally dead and was recovered to BMW Stratstone MK under the 2 year warranty. I cannot fault the front of house staff, they are good, do their best and try to give good service, but the management absolutely sucks. As soon as the matter was escalated to Service Manager Sam Barford-Fleming any pretence of customer service or care went straight out of the window. A subsequent discussion with Head of Business Carl Hazelton was even worse. I may as well have been talking to Kim Jong Un! I feel as if I've had the genuine North Korea experience, a total embarrassment for a supposed premium brand. These people should know and understand BMW cars and be able to fix them properly - and in a timely fashion. One word: AVOID! Has put me right off BMWs. Come on BMW, you can do much better than this, can't you? Unimpressed! My previous experience / review at a service in January 2025 was 5-star: Excellent job, fast and efficient while I waited in their showroom, which is very pleasant.

The service at this dealership is fantastic! I’ve been to many over the years and it’s safe to say they are not all up to the standards of the Milton Keynes showroom. Everyone is so polite and friendly, nothings too much trouble and it’s always been great experience for me every time I have visited. Natasha was lovely, warm and friendly, was very personable and we had a great chat, this makes all the difference and I hope to meet her again.

Great service from all at BMW Stratstone in Milton Keynes. I had a catastrophic gash in a rear tyre on my 3-series. My fault. Late night. The runflat did its job and got me to Willen Hospice where sadly my wife was dying. The next day Natasha sorted everything out (and has a great deal of enthusiast's car knowledge too!); Jake (I hope I've got the names right) sorted the tyre, and the fronts that annoyingly had pothole damage; and Derek went above and beyond by taking me back to the hospice, then delivering the car back to me a little later. And the car got the right runflat premium BMW * Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3s. I can't fault the team, and they dealt with everything just the way you would have wanted. Thank you all so much, you bought me precious time.

I visited BMW Milton Keynes with the intention of selling my car and doing a test drive. Unfortunately, the whole experience was very disappointing. The valuation of my car was shockingly low – compared to other BMW dealerships the difference was between \xa32,000 and \xa34,000. I felt like they were trying to mislead me. On top of that, even though I clearly stated several times that I was not interested in PCP, the sales manager kept pushing it, which was very uncomfortable. The test drive was also strange. I was only allowed to sit behind the wheel once the employee had driven the car out of the dealership area, and before returning we had to switch again. I have never experienced anything like this before, especially considering that the insurance was already in my name for the duration of the test drive. It felt like a lack of trust and professionalism. After such an experience, I will definitely avoid this dealership in the future and cannot recommend it.
