I ordered a part over the phone and was given a specific date to collect it. When I arrived, I was told the part had never been ordered. I had to reorder it, and again, I was given a date for collection. On the day of pickup, I called ahead and was told they close at 6 PM. I arrived at 5:30 PM, but the parts department was already closed, while the sales department was still open. I was then told they would send the part to me the next morning so I wouldn’t have to come back again — but it was never delivered. the way it was resolved by the parts supervisor was a positive note. Overall, the lack of organization and poor communication made this a very disappointing experience. I hope they take steps to improve their service moving forward.

Just wanted to thank Jenny at Vospers Abarth in Exeter for her hard work organising a test drive of an Abarth we were interested in. We really appreciated her time and effort with this. I only wish this particular car had been right for us. I would have loved to have bought it from you! Having contacted numerous dealers, Jenny was the only person who came through with finding out the specific information we had requested and getting back to us. She did exactly what she said she would with a friendly and completely unpushy (hope that’s a word!) approach and that today is a rare occurence. Please pass my comments onto the boss. We have recently repaired a Fiat Scudo van which required a full system reset. Our experience with Vosper's Fiat was fantastic. Simple booking process with Tina. I recently purchased a Mazda 3 GT model from Russell at Vospers last week, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Russell went above and beyond to arrange for the car to be moved from the Plymouth garage to Exeter for a test drive, making the entire process incredibly convenient. He also took the time to explain various service offerings associated with the used car, demonstrating a level of knowledge and professionalism that gave me great confidence in Vospers as a trusted brand. When I went to collect the vehicle the following day, I was met by Josh who processed the road tax and then kindly spent time going through all of the features, controls, phone set up etc on my new car.
