I recently had my 4 year service and MOT for my Hyundai Kona at Drive Hyundai Scarborough. I cannot express how happy I am with the service. All staff were friendly, welcoming and professional and I must give a special shout out to Dan, who drove me home (20 miles) when my car had to stay in for some work, then brought my car back to me the next day. Had a great experience at Drive Hyundai Scarborough. Part exchange processed over a Saturday with no issues. Jacob was great to deal with, very open and honest. Personally I find the jargon different to understand but he explained the terminology very well with regards to warranties, services etc.

Absolutely shocking customer service, do not buy for these people or Drive. They were a nightmare from start to finish and I am still chasing their bad admin up. I will never buy a Hyundai again never mind a car from this bunch of chancers. Issues: Car arrived late. Getting the paperwork sorted was a joke. Two keys - 1 completely broken and the other is less than ideal. Heat shield fell off the bottom of the car. Boot latch broken and won’t open. \xa3200 deposit taken and still not returned after months of asking for it back. General lack of integrity even for salesmen. Reporting to trading standards shortly.

We recently purchased a nearly new Hyundai car from Drive in Scarborough. We were happy with the service received, which was polite, professional and friendly throughout. Our Sales Lead was Matthew Kilby who was particularly helpful and was very pragmatic and easy to deal with. A call out also to the Sales Manager Stuart Hudson who was also very helpful, including in making the arrangements for the trade in of our existing car.
