Stratstone Milton Keynes is my “go to” for any work required on my BMW. I recently had a summer check up my service agent was Colin. We had a good meet and greet, I was seen on time and kept informed of progress, the facilities there while I waited were comfortable and customer friendly. All in all a good experience it goes without saying I will return when the car is next due a service, thanks Colin and the wider BMW team,

Visited today as my car was in for MOT, with Colin as my service advisor. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Colin and seen to quickly. He is very polite, efficient and went above and beyond to help me. When picking up my car, unfortunately Colin was unavailable so instead I was assisted by Alex and Emily from the service team, who again, were both fantastic. A 5* experience yet again - Colin, Emily and Alex are a huge asset to your service team! Please pass on my special thanks to them for taking such great care of my car!

I was really disappointed with my experience at BMW. This was my first time purchasing a BMW, and unfortunately, it left a bad impression from start to finish. The salesman, Kwesi, was excellent very patient and professional. He showed me several good options within my budget, and I genuinely appreciated his help. However, once I paid for the car, I was promised it would be ready that day which wasn’t the case. I had to leave work, arrange transport for my kids, leave my old car behind, and wait for over an hour at the dealership with no proper update. This resulted in financial loss and a lot of stress — I had to stay late at work to catch up, and those extra hours weren’t paid. After I finally got the car, a warning appeared saying the tyre wasn’t recognised or checked by a technician. I called BMW Services and was advised to return to the branch. When I called the branch, I was told everyone was busy and to call later. No one followed up. I had to leave work *again* and go in person, where it turned out to be a tyre pressure monitoring system calibration — something that should have been sorted before the car was handed over. I tried to contact the dealership to raise a complaint, and the sales manager did reach out and offered a goodwill gesture of \xa3250. I accepted, asking for the amount to be transferred directly (as I didn’t feel comfortable sending receipts). But after I replied — no response. I sent a reminder — still no reply. Nothing at all. I bought a BMW because I trusted the brand and expected a premium experience. But sadly, the poor communication, delays, and lack of follow-up made it one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve had. I expected better from BMW.

I have been a long standing customer of Stratstone BMW Milton Keynes and this week I visited to get my car Tyres sorted. The reception staff was helpful and offered a warm welcome before then handing the keys too Natasha Asif who often looks after my car. I like to be kept informed and as always Natasha did not let me down. Which enabled me to work while I waited - great experience and service. Also would like to commend Jake who provided excellent balanced advice on the best tyres for my driving style over several emails. - Thank you
