The car needed some repairs, and they took care of everything within a few days at no extra cost! They replaced the belts and installed a new battery. I highly recommend them! I bought a bike through an online auction.... it was miss described, or should I say the damage and issues was not described. I had paid good price for something that wasn't worth it. They didn't want to know. I had made an arrangement to collect, travelled 3 hours and arrived at the agreed place and time. No one was in.. when I contacted them, I was told someone might be able to get there in 2 hours. But I had to return another day. They would not compensate me for my wasted and 2nd train fares... My registration document V5 was sent to the incorrect address and has taken me 3 months to resolve. 1 star is a star too many... Do not use these people.

This is not where they keep the cars. They send you a location in the middle of nowhere. Looks and sounds dodgy at every step of the way which is hard to go through with them. Very disorganised dealer and a little bit of a cowboy. It was a frustrating experience for me which I do not want to repeat to put it nicely
