The final salesperson (Kim) was excellent, and 'went the extra mile'. Really friendly, helpful and always fulfilled her promises. The only slight downside was that my initial telephone enquiry (dealt with by someone else) was not responded to, and I had to chase that a couple of times. But as soon as I dealt with Kim, everything went smoothly. Excellent choice of cars from many different manufacturers. Really nice place to purchase a car from. Fingers crossed my new car is reliable, but (so far) I'm impressed with Perrys and it's very much recommended by me.
My experience at Perrys Aylesbury MG was memorable because I had previously helped my daughter and her partner both choose cars from Perry's and was looking for an MG HS which Perry's said they could supply to the spec my wife and I required. Very friendly and welcoming. Jacob was extremely helpful and really went the extra mile in organising delivery and very helpful on the test drive explaining the features and how he had the car set up. Sadly a few days later the key fob didn’t start the car so I called Jacob and the team who were very helpful with suggestions in trying to resolve the issue. The AA sorted it in the end with a battery reset.
