Bought a car for my daughter back in April and could not have had better service. Myles was brilliant and very attentive. No quibbles about any bits needing to be done to the car, received a full service and even the air conditioning re gassed after we had purchased it. Car also came with a 6 month warranty as standard. Very fair, honest place would highly recommend. 5 🌟

I have bought several cars off Myles from Cars of Penarth Rd. It is without a doubt the best garage I have ever dealt with. After sales service is absolutely outstanding and if theres anything I'm not happy with it is always dealt with straight away . Bought a car and within a few hundred miles a tyre blew and I reported unusual noises. No response from my emails. I then reported brakes grinding resulting in taking to a local garage who provided clear evidence of severe corrosion. I was told to bring the vehicle to their own garage but it was clearly unsafe to drive and was since purchase. I provided photos of damaged parts and contact details for them to discuss the issues with this local garage. Having paid \xa31000+ for repairs to brakes and a replacement tyre I was hoping to at least get something back. After I made car safe to drive I took to their garage who in fairness did some repairs but the engine management light was back same day. I spoke with Myles about part ex for Jaguar and was promised a fair part ex considering I spent so much on a car in a short time and usage since purchase. I was told a timing belt and full check was needed but no call or contact with me has been made since. This was 25th November I since gave up hope of any form of communication. The key for any business is customer relations and whilst Myles and his team were welcoming at point of sale. The lack of communication with service issues is their downfall to become a local dealer who you would want to go back too time and time again. I managed to have the engine light cleared and will look to upgrade my car with another dealer who cares about customers wellbeing. 2 stars as you did do some repairs although I have never received copies of job cards to know what was done. Never received a copy of initial service that was done at point of sale despite requesting this too.

This could have been my 7th car purchase in uk. In 21 years of leaving here. But never ever experienced that I have to wait for someone to call me for the result of my finance if it was approved or not. Normally decisions will be made by minutes! Instead they said they will ring me in 2 hours to know if it was approve or not which never happened before in years of me buying a car. The place feels very unwelcoming. Must be because I wasn’t dressed smart enough. People could judge sometimes on how you dress! Anyways for me wont come back to this place

From.the first phone call to collecting my new Audi nothingness too much trouble, my part exchange was valued over the phone and a mode than fair price was offered. Before I collected my new baby the guys had the car serviced , they even organised the transfer of my private plate and had them already fitted for when I collected, nothingvwas too much trouble, thank you Cars of Penarth Road
