Really approachable and open in terms of asking about the car info and getting the purchase sorted. Not only that but above and beyond with any queries and help after purchasing too. What a fantastic car-buying experience! That's a statement you don't often hear. From the first, Ben at Dorchester Collection was helpful and straightforward. No pushy hard-sell techniques and we got a good feeling about the business. We were able to take a good test drive of our choice and then were able to take time to reflect before going ahead. We are absolutely delighted with our purchase and the work that was put into it before we bought, at no extra expense to us. On collection day, the car looked fabulous and the finishing touch of a bunch of gorgeous flowers just topped it off. We now have a vehicle in excellent condition with a no-nonsense warranty. Mention must also be made of Tait, Ben's assistant. His manner and customer service skills are beyond his years. He and Ben make a friendly and efficient team. We wholeheartedly recommend Dorchester Collection. In fact, we travelled, between us, about 600 miles in order to seal the deal. Well worth the effort, too... and still beaming after negotiating the M5 rush-hour traffic going home!
