Volkswagen Golf Plus 2012 - 1.4 TSI SE 5-Door

I highly recommend purchase of a car from Peake Motor Company. I’m very happy with my new 2016 Vauxhall Astra Design Estate. The owner Lewis was a very friendly, professional, helpful and non-pushy salesman who went over and above what could be expected from the usual car salesmen. Having considered other dealers I am very glad I chose to buy from Peake. The car advisories indicated at a pre MOT were completed before I viewed the car (2 new rear tyres, and 2 front discs and pads) and the car was serviced and valeted and given a new MOT. It looked almost new even though it was 9 years old. On my test drive, the car drove really well, but there was a little rattling sound when going over bumps, and Lewis said he’s get this looked at. This was fixed and on my second test drive everything was ok, and I purchased the car. Lewis was very helpful in arranging the road tax and other paperwork. The car came with a 6 month warranty but I was able to extend this to a year at little extra expense. Couldn’t fault Lewis’ readiness to sort out minor issues I had raised. Lewis provided excellent 5* customer service over and above what you would expect, and it was a pleasure to deal with him.

I bought a car from another dealership with warranty. I was then present with a fault code a couple of months after purchase showing a fault with a NOx sensor. All the dealership I purchased the vehicle from done to rectify it was signpost me to the warranty. I was finding it extremely difficult to find a garage who would take the job on under warranty. Lewis then offered to help me out and within an hour of him having the vehicle, the work was authorised by the warranty and good to go this upcoming Monday. Absolutely take my hat off to Lewis for stepping in where another garage has failed. In the near future when I need another vehicle I Absolutely will be going through Lewis for the purchase. Quality customer service and the after care is far better than other garages in the area.
