Bought a car from them and had multiple defects that were not brought to my attention on purchase. Initially agreed to pick up from Cardiff (we were travelling hundreds of miles) then pulled out while we were on the train, meaning we arrived in the dark (2h more travel) so couldn’t actually see it. Tried to contact them about defects and the response was to say that I was breaking the Highway Code! They claim that I have to have an unobstructed view from my car when it’s parked?! That means I need to live in my car I think. Rather than properly investigate and see if the defects were due to them they just made unfounded allegations against me. Seemed to say an independent report in to the defects was irrelevant.
