My experience at EMG Ipswich was positive because the dealership was presented clean and well and my sales rep Dan was very friendly and helpful. The only improvement I would have liked was for the car interior to have been cleaned to a better standard upon further inspection at home, the interior had a lot of dirt and grubby bits which easily cleaned by myself so it would have been nicer if the dealership valet had noticed those bits and cleaned them before I collected the car. Other than that it was a smooth and simple purchase.
