Renault Clio 2010 (60) - 1.2 16V Dynamique 3dr

Absolutely love my new car. Needed a car that was safer and more reliable with high seats so opted for a Citreon C4 Grand. Tony the salesman has really looked after me, I'm having some health problems and need to get to Castle Hill hospital 3 x a week. The car has loads of extras in it that my old car didn't have so am really fussy with it. Had one problem with the Aircon so popped in to see him and he called a garage near where I live and asked them if I could go in straight away which I did. By 10am I was driving home with a new part fitted and regassed all free of charge under the warrany. Thanks Tony for all your help and advice 👍🚙👍🚙

Bought a car from these guys which, in their terms, "was well known to them" having been through their forecourt a couple of times. A couple of niggles resulted in the car returning (they came the 30+miles to pick up and drop off) to be fixed. Turned out that the AC wasn't working and after a call to the warranty people, they decided they wouldn't fix the problem. County Cars took the car back to rectify, no questions asked. Unfortunately, they haven't been able to rectify and because of time restraints an agreement has been reached. In dealing with County Cars, the only big gripe I had was the lack of communication to let me know what was happening with my car. I always had to ring them and even then I would end up speaking to different people who didn't know fully what was happening. The plus points - they are courteous, pleasant to talk to and have tried every step of the way to help. There aren't many independent garages out there that will also offer a 3month warranty with the vehicle as piece of mind, usually that would cost you another 'x' hundred pounds. All in all, satisfied.
