Bought a cars from these guys, turned up at 4 o’clock to view the car , the car was immaculate, was driving home in it at 4.30 , couldn’t ask for more , great guys , friendly, genuine, 2 weeks later asked if they would sort the squealing fan belt or at least contribute to it , didn’t want to know , seems they are good at selling but not aftercare, sad really , would of been a nice gesture

If you buy a car from here be on gaurd and have someone clued up on cars with you as im sure they dont check their cars properly. I came to buy a used mondeo mk4 as my previous one broke down because of a clip on a hose wasn't secured and lost all my water so i didn't a lot of time to find a replacement. came to view a mondeo i could see it needed work but i was going to take parts from broken down mondeo. On test drive wasn't 100% but thought once i go through it it will be ok, when it came to pick it up i could see it was clearly juddering, i was told it was because it run out of fuel and it needed a good drive to clear it out, it felt like that was a lie. i wasn't a local to the area and had far to travel, didn't have much choice so i drove it back the whole way it was juddering and used excessive amount of fuel at first it was hard to get ahold of dealer to to sort the issue out in the end had the car looked at and it just wasn't worth keeping its too far gone previous owners didn't look after the car, and if anyone tells you a used car is from a trade in bought from a main dealership.... just walk away they only sell them if its not worth selling under dealers name
