I am confident to say that this is "THE best of the best" cars showroom and workshop in stoke on Trent. Staff is extraordinary cooperative and friendly. And on the top of it....Owner Mr Noori makes you feel comfortable with his dealing and services to your satisfaction. I bought a used Audi from here. They got me new 02 tyres and all brake pads replaced as a goodwill.Engine and other things were in warranty but. After few weeks I found my passenger door central locking was not working sometimes. I talked to them and they replaced the complete module for free despite it was not covered in warranty. Gave my car a complementary wash as well. These people are awesome in their dealing with customers and after sales services. Highly recommended for buying cars and having repair work and servicing of vehicles. My best wishes for them.

Noor is a nice guy and very professional. He gave me a good price for my car for a part exchange for a Bmw X5. He even gave me one month warranty which I did not expect. I would recommend him, pleasure doing business with him. Thanks again.

Would highly recommend!! Purchased a lovely little A180 from here and I can only say how pleased I am with the customer service provided from start to finish. Friendly, informative, beautiful car and they also gave me the best part exchange price out of 4 other garages. I will stick by this garage and return once I am ready to part exchange the A180 in a couple of years!
