Bought a ford kuga from these after couple of weeks had engine problem with misfire after a couple of days going back and forth with the same problem they took the car from me to investigate it more ended up with a lot of engine work it took a few weeks to sort out but they got there in the end it's a big thank you to Suzanne and Paul and Brownlows team if u need a second hand car I strongly recommend Brownlows 👏👏👏👏welldone Thank

As a pedestrian who regularly uses the footpath alongside this dealership I wish they would provide sufficient parking for their stock, their employees and their customers so that they don't regularly block the pavement outside their premises forcing me , and others, to have to step onto a busy road to get by. :-(

Very impressed by the customer service. Lauren is just amazing 👏 🤩. To be honest I was anxious about getting to the dealership and not being happy with the state of the car. Drove an hour with my husband and kids to view the car on a sunday, Lauren gave us the keys and privacy so we had adequate time to view the car with no pressure at all. We loved it and were happy to proceed with the payment. The dealership offered me 12 months mot, car service, 3 months warranty and promised to give my car some good TLC before I collect it as I was a bit worried about the tyres being a bit worn out. Looking forward to seeing it and will give an updated review once I get it home. 😀Definitely coming back for our second car.
