I wanted to share my experience with Axholme Car Exchange. I didn’t exchange a car, but I bought a large family car there. From the very beginning, every person who helped me was extremely kind and down to earth, no beating around the bush! The car was prepared for me with a full clean and even had the timing belt done. It was supposed to be ready in 4 days, but in fact, it was ready the very next day. Professionalism on a high level, like something out of “Pimp My Ride”! After about a week and a half, I noticed a creaking noise from the right hand side near the wheel, like a spring rubbing. I went back to them, still under the one-month warranty. Without hesitation and without any issues, they ordered the parts straight away and started repairing the car. It turned out it was an old worn-out part above the spring that needed replacing. Honestly, I don’t even know what to say... I’ve never come across such genuinely kind and sincere people. You are all amazing. It’s clear that money is one thing, but reputation and customer satisfaction are your real priorities, which I think is the most important thing in this business. From me – 1000 stars! 🌟

I was so pleased when I bought my Jaguar. They was so helpful and put me at ease about the whole process. A few weeks down the line , I had a few problems with the car. They were very good and repaired the car to a very high standard and promptly, and I have had no more problems. I know if I do they will help me get back on the road quickly.
