Excellent 5 star service with Salim. Me and my husband recently bought a Ford Kuga from Brooklands Motor Group and had such a positive and smooth experience. Salim was great and really helped us to find exactly what we were looking for without the pressure of having to buy and he even allowed us to leave a small refundable deposit against the vehicle for a couple of hours whilst we went away to discuss and make final decisions. After months of researching, test-driving, and debating with myself (and anyone who would listen), I finally bought my new M5, and honestly — I haven’t stopped smiling since I drove it off the lot. If you want help in buying a car Salim is the man to speak to. I paid a deposit on a car but due to circumstances could not complete the deal. Salim understood my problem and refunded my deposit the same day. Great service. would recommend to all.

Very disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism at Brooklands Motor Group. After buying the car online and being told that the vehicle was in great condition, we arranged to collect the vehicle in person. However it took the garage over 3 weeks to settle the outstanding finance on the vehicle and having agreed with Salim that they would pick us up at the rail station, upon arrival on the day they said they were too busy and to book a taxi. Once we arrived at the garage the car wasn't ready and was still being valeted. I asked if I could have a coffee and was told to go to Lidl's across the road! When the car was eventually ready there was no fuel in the vehicle and again was advised where the nearest fuel station was, thanks for the advice. The car itself was not in 'great condition' as Salim said it. The vehicle has had a very poor respray on bothe sides, and the masking tape line still very visible with lots of overspray. The rear seat has a large cigarette burn and there response was "what do you expect when buying a used vehicle". I would advise any customer who intends to purchase a vehicle from Brooklands to be very careful and avoid at all costs. I have emailed Salim and still waiting for a reply.

Their consignment service is not fit for purpose. Poor communication, no real urgency or help. They just put on a show for social media. I went elsewhere with much better communication and customer service
