Vauxhall Corsa 2015 (65) - 1.2 Sting 3dr

Absolutely disgraceful! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!! I bought a car from Gavin 26 days ago (warranty is 28 days) and my clutch has gone but according to the guy we spoke to on the phone, who may I add was the most disgustingly spoken person I have ever had the experience of speaking with, said that they can’t fix it unless I can bring the car back. HOW CAN I BRING A CAR BACK WHEN THE CLUTCH HAS GONE!?!?!?! I am not paying to get it brought to them, we even offered to get it sorted and send the invoice but they wouldn’t accept that. The guy we spoke to when I had to go back previously also said ‘can never trust second hand cars’ When we purchased the car we also noticed the clutch was squeaking so we asked about it and we were told ‘it’s just the hydraulics’ and within 26 days the clutch has gone… something doesn’t seem right there So now I have to pay over \xa3500 to get it fixed myself after spending \xa35800 on the car itself. Which may I add is not worth that much money.

Bought an insignia from Steve who seemed very nice at first he said the car came with 28 days warranty and if anything were to go wrong just bring her bk and they would fix it for me (his exact words) ..... After a week in the rain my headlights filled with water so I took her bk to the garage under my warranty... When I told the owner my problem with the car he said the warranty didn't cover the headlights that had filled with water, I was told it was condensation and it would clear but sealed units Sould not get water or even condensation in them so they must have been a broken seal on them.. they totally refused to fix them even tho I had 28 days warranty which on sale I was made to belive for any problem that would arise during the 28 days...i was made out to be a liar by Steve and I was even accused ov doing the headlights myself 😂.. Also reported a noise with the clutch the owner heard it but Steve again tried telling me there was no noise and it was fine, I was imagining the noise... He's an absolute joke pretends to be nice to sell cars but as soon as a problem occurs he changes completely.... I finally had my money bk for the car so hunting begin again..... I wouldn't recommend going here to buy a used car

I bought month ago the slk250 from them with one month warranty, warranty of them is useless! , the car has a dump inside, they’re don’t care about valet a cars, been paying valeted \xa3120 to come to my house and wash interior, day after buy the car I got a errors on the clock, what was a ABS sensor in one of the wheel broken , they declined to repair the car, they’re was more happy to sell the cars than fix it next following day, I paid \xa3150 in Mercedes garage for new sensor installed. They declined to give me money back for it. They r very nice if they selling cars, but when the same day somethings is get broken the customer service is bad as hell! Not recommended them!

Great service here, with very reasonably priced second hand cars which is a rare thing these days. This is the second car I have purchased from this garage, first purchase was a Nissan qashqai that I purchased over 2 years ago, was delivered to my drive free of charge. The car has been extremely reliable with no issues over past two years and still currently used daily. As we have a growing family and further work commitments, a second car is needed, so returned for a second purchase of a mitsabushi asx, again extremely well priced for its quality. Again very pleasant service, with a test drive and all paperwork complete within minutes, I was also offered a lift home whilst the car was delivered to allow me time to search and organise insurance whilst at home. Highly recommend.
