BMW 5 Series 2018 (18) - 530d xDrive M Sport 4dr Auto

If I could put 0 stars I would. Horrible experience with this garage. Sold a car that should never have been sold. I put the car into a service 1 month after getting it and walked away with a \xa3940 bill of issues that should have been addressed before it was even sold. I will list these below. This particular garage installed improperly fitting parts (shock absorber & Mount) which then lead to even more complications such as the power steering failing due to the mount taking up so much physical space the power steering failed turning right and eventually lead to the pump failing. The starter motor was faulty and soon failed completely which resulted in me having to replace it (luckily not a huge job but still a massive inconvenience) The ignition was so worn out that the barrel soon gave way and this in turn lead to the frying of the starter motor as listed above. Tracking rod ends were so worn out they would fail in a proper MOT instantly. I am actually astounded any MOT garage missed this. The stay bar came loose and started clanging around 3 months after purchase. Battery failed a drop test after having the car only 3.5 weeks. Astonishingly the undercarriage was so corroded that chunks of metal were coming off when I simply touched them, now I can poke a screw driver through from below into the cab, the mechanics and the owner of the garage are displaying gross levels of incompetence in basic checks and standards. the car I bought was only worth 8k at most and its already cost me 4.2 k in repairs. Would definitely NOT recommend.

So I bought my car online,I did vehicle checks and rang to say I wanted the car.I had no worries as the whole process was so easy,dealing with the owner Clarke.Given a good trade in price,an quoted a delivery day of Saturday. Much to my surprise the car was delivered a day earlier,on the Friday night.20 minutes later,Richard the delivery driver was on his way back to Scotland,he did all the relevant paperwork,and such a nice guy.Was 1 issue when I drove it,but I told Clarke,and he paid for it to be fixed as I'm 200 miles away.I cannot fault them,do give them a try,as they really do go the extra mile. I Would definitely use them again,a brilliant garage that will go the extra mile for you...10/10 score from me,well done Clarke and the team.
