Overall poor experience. Booked to view a vehicle a week in advance knowing it needed work carried out and required a valid mot only to be sold the day before I test drove it. Communication was relatively poor too in my opinion. I get a sense of relief as the car in question was most likely a polished turd considering the type of vehicle it was.

I purchased an ID3 over Christmas and was kindly met by Jamie who talked us through the car. We were electric car novices, so it was great for Jamie to guide us through it. We have been really happy with the car, but had a few niggles. TVS were happy to take a look and put our minds at rest, and even gave us a full battery health report. They went above and beyond to see we were happy. Would 100% buy from here again. Refreshing Dealership that really does look out for their customers!
