After a nightmare with another contractor (LJ TRANSPORT) ESSEX BASED COWBOYS fairlight was given the job through the rac to recover my car and trailer from clacton and deliver back to ashford kent fairlight called with a rough time they was going to to be there and called to say it had been loaded and on its way back service was stress free would definitely recommend them hopefully I don't require there services again in the future but we'll done and thank you for completing the job 👍

I suffered a breakdown in a car park at Battersea Power Station. When the recovery driver Ellis phoned me, he gave me an ETA and arrived accordingly on time. He was very friendly and handled the ordeal in an absolute professional way. Being in a car park is a difficult situation, however Ellis dealt with it calmly and professional. I want to take the opportunity to thank Ellis and his company for an absolute brilliant service and can recommend their service any given day!!!

We needed recovery on 31st May and Ricky was great. The recovery was to a location that his firm wouldn’t normally cover but this didn’t matter. You’d expect some anticipation when your car is being loaded onto a transporter, but I would highly recommend Fairlight, excellent tilt and slide truck to transport our Aston to the dealership for a service, Ellis took time and care during the process and was very knowledgeable. Securing the car with wheel socks to eliminate any chance of wheel rubbing in transit and sharing a tracker link so you can track the recovery vehicle coming to you which is helpful when time is precious.

Great job by Ellis and Tommy, car stuck sideways in the garage and they managed to get it out safely with an amazing bit of kit - thunderbird 4 😅 …

Wow! Firstly I'm giving a A+ to Fairight vehicles. My insurance called them due to a busted tyre and they were at my vehicle in 15mins!!!. I have had experiences on more than 2 hours wait or none at all on the day of incident. Fairlight recovery service reinstalled my faith. Now to Martin who assisted me in getting to the repair shop, excellent customer service, very efficient ,very emphatic and easy to relate to. I believe I was the chatterbox. Giving Martin A+++.Thank you so much for all the assistance.

Fairlight recovered my Ford Ka this morning after it broke down. I didn't have to wait long until Ellis arrived, he was friendly, courteous and efficient, the vehicle was taken back home without any issues at all. I would recommend Fairlight without hesitation based on my experience with them
