I came here ready to browse and test drive a few cars, but apparently, that was asking for too much. First off, the cars were parked so close together you’d need to be a stick insect—or possibly a contortionist from Cirque du Soleil—to even peek inside, let alone get in. Then came the real kicker: I asked for a test drive and was told, in all seriousness, that unless I was basically ready to buy the car on the spot, he “didn’t want the hassle” of putting me on the insurance. Sorry, I didn’t realise that driving the car before spending thousands was such a radical request. Bad practice? Understatement. Total waste of time? 100%.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING! AVOID‼️ AVOID‼️ AVOID‼️ My daughter bought her first car from here in May 2025. There was a problem from the start and they said they'd fix it if we brought it back. We live 1.5 hours away so decided we had no choice but to take it back. 6 visits later and they're now refusing to fix the other issues because they don't want to pay out any more money on it nor spend anymore time on it even though the problems arose within their WARRENTY PERIOD! They offered me a refund but for them to keep the car on the spot. This would have left me without a car and no way home so they said they'd charge me for using the car and I wouldn't get my refund if I drove it off. Lawrence is sick of the business and has had enough. He became very verbally aggressive during our conversation and I was on my own in yhe office with him and the sales guy (who actually seems not too bad). Maybe that's why he is in sales? The safety issue was the central locking and my daughters seat belt! (Among many more like the electrics)!!!!! I've got videos and photos of the car which I will be using in court. There's no way that they put that car through an MOT, they have just obtained a MOT certificate!!! Seat belts are a major issue on an MOT! Fortunately I managed to talk to a family whilst waiting for my keys, and talk them out of buying from there. They walked away and I am so happy for them. I also have a lovely photo of my car having been run into a heavy cone when I picked it up! They did try and move it but I'd already taken a photo of it! Their response when I showed them was "yeah"! I feel I've been fair and patient with these guys and I've spent hundreds of pounds on fuel taking 2 cars to Swansea so they can have my car to "fix"! I should have read the reviews first but sadly I didn't. 09.30 Monday morning I will be obtaining legal advice for a car that is not fit for purpose. For those of you that are in the same situation with these people, don't forget you have consumer rights!!!!!! Google Consumer Rights Act 2015!!! And contact a solicitor or citizens advice and trading standards and watchdog and all media outlets. This kind of service is very poor and unfair to the vulnerable.

Took my daughter to look at many cars and checked all previous mot history checks and over 30 different small cars as it was for her first car and we found a lovely little 108 here with what looked to be the best with mot history out of all of them and with very low mileage around 33.5k on clock in January on test driving I picked up on the clutch being very high and asked for it to be locked at before she signed any financial agreement, 3 days later we went back to sign and pick up car and was told everything was OK with the clutch and we had nothing to worry about... that was January 5th... then just 6 days ago she breaks down and low and behold her clutch had gone costing \xa3650 to be fixed, so went to see them to see if they'd be willing to pay something towards the costs we shouldn't have had when she's only done around 3000mls since January and they basically fobbed us off with the 30 days warranty had gone and it's 5mths later and it's a small car with cheap parts and it may go again in another 30-40 thousand miles and if I'd been that worried about it Ishould have gone back within the 30days period!! But it's only been just over 4mths she's owned the car not 5mths. Now myself I've not driven her car since the test drive up until about a week before her breaking down and though I'd rev'd car a little to much pulling off and then this happened to her just 6days ago which has left me very annoyed I didn't insist on further checks at the time of deposit being paid and signing financial agreement or even driving the car again within that 30day period and getting the clutch checked out by an independent mechanic I trust. My advice to anyone is avoid them at all costs as I for one will never recommend or use this car sales ever again.

Brought a Toyota chr with my son. Tyres were changed when we brought the car for part worn tyres. We changed the tyres today after some 6 months to find the tyre pressure sensor had been cable tied to the rim . I spoke with Laurence ( owner) who was very friendly but unfortunately would not take responsibility for this as it was outside the 28 days. This would of been a problem at point of sale and because we didn't need to change the tyres we did not know about this. We are very disappointed with this and will make us think twice about buying from UK car sale again. I have 2 other cars I am looking to change very soon but unfortunately I will not consider UK car sale next time around. I think 2 stars is fair as the service was friendly but unfortunately after sales and accountability needs a vast improvement.. could of been a much better overall experience and had returning custom.

Helpful and friendly used car dealership. No pressure sales or hassle, and full credit to Lawrence who was more than happy to help and answer any questions we had, but left us to look at the car at our leisure so we didn't feel pressured or hurried at all. One or two minor hiccups we had when we picked up the car we bought were quickly resolved without any quibble at all. I was reassuredly impressed and would certainly consider them the purchase of my next car.

Travelled a very long way to pick up our car. Not a mile down the road car completely stopped. Was not a drop of petrol in the car. Fair play the man came and put some petrol in. Get home to realise there is a crack on the passenger side of the windscreen. Rang, for him to say “yes I noticed that”!!! But he didn’t point it out while I was there No help at all just told to go through our insurance, which considering we never caused the damage and he already new it was there, is a very poor response
