Recently bought a nearly new Dacia car here. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Jason who communicated with me throughout the process even contacting me after the sale had gone through to answer a query I had. Any questions I had were well answered and honest. I felt very welcome in the dealership which made the experience more pleasant. Awful experience with Pentagon Oldham! I reserved a Toyota Yaris and received a call from a salesperson at the garage who said he would be handling the completion of the sale and the viewing. I arranged to view the car over the weekend, as that was the only time I was available. I received a call on Friday to confirm I was still planning to come, and I confirmed that I was. However, on Sunday, while we were already 45 minutes into our drive to the garage, I received a voicemail saying the car had been sold to someone else. I requested a manager to call me at around 10 a.m., but I never got a call back and as such not received any apology or explanation. If this is how this garage operates, I would strongly recommend avoiding it!

Absolutely awful place, I will never get another vauxhall from them, they wiped the codes of my car without sorting the problem then said take it to another garage knowing the faults wouldn't show up
