We recently bought a kia xceed from pentagon in Mansfield. We had the pleasure of dealing with Conor who was very knowledgeable and took us through the process smoothly. Connor was very polite and friendly and easy to talk to. He answered any questions we had with ease. All in all in was a pleasant experience and would recommend Conor and the pentagon group to family and friends.

I can definitely say that I would not have bought the vehicle I went to see however chatting to Jamie the salesman I happened to mention that I had been very happy with a Kia vehicle previously owned He mentioned that they had just taken delivery of a Kia Nero hybrid- offering a test drive it was definitely outside the budget I had set myself but he recognised how taken I was with the vehicle went through a number of finance options There was no pressure but without his help I probably would have declined After taking delivery and driving today I’m extremely pleased that I bought it Jamie is thoroughly professional, personable and a credit to your company I would have no problem recommending him to anyone

5 stars to Sarah who came in on her day off as our Salesperson was ill on day of handover. She gave time and attention to showing and demonstrating all of the new car's controls and functions.

I purchased a Combo life from Pentagon in March this year and experienced a couple of problems with the car to a point I no longer wanted it. I went back to see Conor Church the sales executive who sold me the car, and explained the situation, and without any hesitation he calmly talked me through all the options that were available to me. Now I'm a proud owner of a Grandland. Thank you Conor Church.

Was ignored on the forecort when looking at a car, my husband was approached and even after he told them it was me looking i was still ignored. I came to look at a specific car however sales man very rude. Didnt listen to my needs. Told him i didnt want finance as im a cash buyer yet left me waiting 20 minutes while he made me a finance deal. Knocked my part exchange down by over \xa31500 but saw his boss who knocked it up by \xa3500 without even looking at the car. Told me he could add \xa3800 if i promised to buy today. Then failed on his isn promise, try telling me it was “my” agreed price when it has his. Avoid. Wont be going back.

Pentagon - Mansfield Terrible Service - Dishonesty - Great Car I recently purchased a pre-owned Corsa E from Pentagon in Mansfield. While I am satisfied with the vehicle itself, I found the process and customer service appalling, and below expectations. I reserved the vehicle promptly, as it was the best option available at the time, and I was particularly pleased with the color. As I reside in Manchester, I initially planned to have the vehicle transferred to Pentagon in Oldham, approximately 80 miles from Mansfield. However, after speaking with Conor at Mansfield and wishing to avoid the transfer wait, I decided to proceed with the purchase and paid the deposit. Initially, the process was smooth, and Conor promptly sent over the necessary documents for signature, indicating that completing this by the same evening would be preferable. The following day, I received a call from Conor informing me that Pentagon leases the vehicle from Vauxhall and needed to purchase it from them, obtaining a V5 document before it could be sold to me. He advised that this process typically takes around a week. While I was disappointed to hear this, I understood I would need to wait. Approximately five days later, I followed up regarding the V5, but I did not receive any further customer service, apology, or clarification from either Conor or the reception staff. After a week, I was informed that Vauxhall’s standard turnaround time is seven days and was advised to refrain from contacting them during this period. This turnaround time had not been communicated at the outset, and the information provided varied throughout the process. At this point, I contacted other Pentagon locations in Sheffield and Oldham to inquire about similar vehicles. The service from these locations was excellent; they advised that it typically takes about two weeks to prepare the vehicle for collection once purchased, due to the need for a new V5. I was surprised and frustrated that, had I known it would take this long in Mansfield, I could have arranged for the transfer to Oldham initially, saving time and transportation costs. Conor was unapologetic about the delay, stating that we simply needed to wait and did not wish to revisit the issue. Had the wait been shorter, I might have considered canceling the order. Nonetheless, I am pleased with the vehicle itself. When I collected the car, there was no in-person apology or explanation provided. I paid in cash for the vehicle outright, so no discussions about financing took place; however, Conor attempted to promote additional products, which I found inappropriate given the circumstances. Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience. I believe I was deceived concerning the estimated waiting time to induce me into completing the purchase at Mansfield, thereby enabling them to secure the sale, rather than disclosing the more transparent and forthcoming terms offered by Oldham. The level of customer care received was unsatisfactory. I do not intend to make further purchases through this dealership, particularly Mansfield, and I would not recommend their services based on this experience.

Purchased our Grandland in 2022 a 70 plate. At first we thought the salesman was brill, took us on a test drive everything seemed perfect. We were looking for an automatic for the first time as my arthritis was getting worse. Our issue it was a diesel car, no problems he kept saying it’s all covered now with Adblu and the car will tell you when you need to fill up. Yeh but you hear these horror stories - all sorted like he kept saying just add Adblu. He asked us the mileage we did and we told him it will only be used for work, roughly 20miles a day and the odd journey to Scotland to see my parents. No mention of “running the vehicle” On the day of collection Dan pushed papers in front of us and (stupidly) we signed, thinking it was handover etc. note to others do not sign even if you think they’re great without reading everything! One of the forms was a DPF Disclaimer stating they had thoroughly talked us through this - I say bullshit he never not once mentioned this. We had our car serviced twice at Mansfield, a major and a routine. Twice we mentioned the oil dip stick seems clogged, on collection just need some Adblu, strange car didn’t alert us! We our purchased the car for over \xa318k the engine lights, fault lights all came on (June) 3 diagnostics tests, finally need car in, might be injectors etc, on day we were told that they will strip the injectors out and send them off to be checked probs be 4/5 days before we know how bad, rough cost, hopefully \xa3500 but could be \xa32k anything covered in warranty, NO! Next day to our surprise we received a call from service reception stating it need 4 new injectors and DPF unit, cost 2k-6k but they’re hoping injectors on warranty! We had no choice it had to be done. When we dropped car off we spoke to our original salesman he offered without the repairs \xa37k with repairs \xa310k he asked us to remind him of our mileage, you’d be better off with an electric car on that mileage, seriously you didn’t say that 18 months ago! Repairs went ahead, on collection, injectors covered by warranty, Vauxhall gave us 30% discount on parts and we ended with a bill just under \xa32k. We took our complaint to the ombudsman who unfortunately sided with dealership as we had signed the disclaimer. Didn’t know we had, was lied to by salesman and long story short it’s been a hard lesson. We sold the Vauxhall for \xa310.2, 2 years after buying it. We will never ever trust a salesman or buy a Vauxhall. Shame on him

We met Connor in the used car area as we were looking around His approach was professional but personal and we felt relaxed talking to him from the start of our conversation …
