Toyota IQ 2010 - VVT-I 2 3Dr

Very disappointed in the service we received at the end of after buying a car having issues from the start and appreciate all the help with trying to resolve it but unfortunately was issue after issue. So Alan kindly agreed to giving us money back as only had car 6 weeks out of 15. Money returned but was deducted 25p a mile when most of miles were from running it back and forth to himself and from him to us with issues that were outwith our control! Really disappointed! He also used the car when he has it up getting sorted to make sure lights would stay off so why we have been deducted over \xa3500 is shocking!

I was quite amazed when I got there. No fancy office,no free coffee, no small chatter, just straight talk about the car you are interested in. Very impressive.

Bought a merc clc from belhaven cars few months back. Runs really well, car was immaculate on collection, would recommend and purchase again. Good deal.

Great service from the team. Picked my first car and 24 hours later I got her delivered to my door. The process was easy and learned about doing all the important documents. Not a friendly service popped past to have a look at their stock of cars, I went to walk into the yard and was told I couldn't as the cars were too tightly packed and it was appointment only their loss I'll take my cash somewhere else 👎 …

Hi I have just read a review about Alan not being nice.Alan has sold cars to my family and friends for years he bends over backwards to complain about a exhaust going after 7 weeks she is an Arnold Clark customer Alan's cars are sold as seen with a current mot and the rac would tell you to change battery no matter what it is there policy Alan encourages you to check car out before purchase.
