Sheraz was extremely helpful from the first call, to test driving the car and organising delivery of the vehicle. We left the dealership confident we had made the correct choice in buying our car from Cars4you Dunfermline. Unfortunately the engine has failed so not even a year out of the car as it's MOT is due and we've been quoted \xa312k for a new engine. DO NOT GET A CAR FROM CARS4U!!! THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. We purchased outright a Nissan Juke in Mar 2025, 10 days after we picked it up the transmission went. We had it towed back to the branch and dealt with them to arrange a refund. After numerous back and forth phone calls, waiting days for someone to call back. We finally heard that they needed the V5, we mailed it to them. They lost it. We dropped a replacement in, in person. 8 weeks on and we have still not received our refund. According to the employee we are dealing with (Who has handed in their notice) they are dealing with this every day, no one is happy with them. This company is not to be trusted. We have reported a consumer issue to the trading standards.

Initially contacted Cars4you and booked in with Naveed, service was excellent and booked in for the next day to view the car. Went along to their Edinburgh Sighthill branch and was greeted by Mark, again exceptional service, examined car and took it out for a test drive. Some issues arises which were out of my or Cars4you hands but between Cars4you and my finance agent this was dealt with as promptly as possible. For my convenience the car was then moved to the Dunfermline Branch where on arrival Zeb the branch manager called me immediately to let me know the car was available anytime. I was there in about 15 minutes where I was met by Zeb. Very welcoming and professional and dealt with the transaction smoothly and efficiently. Absolutely outstanding from start to finish, any issues nothing to do with these guys but dealt with very professional. 10 out of 10
