Brilliant customer service. They listened and really understood the problems I was having trying to choose a wheelchair accessible vehicle. They pointed out pro's and con's with various makes and models and helped me settle on something that was right. Having a WAV meant that I was able to get my mum out to enjoy more outings with family before she died.

When arranging to hire a wheelchair accessible vehicle staff were very helpful and made the process quick and easy. Unfortunately an event happened which meant we had to cancel the arrangement at quite short notice and staff were empathetic and professional. The most caring and helpful company I have ever dealt with. Staff go out of their way to tailor their service to your personal circumstances, and source the vehicle that is right for you. We have bought two wheelchair accessible vehicles from them in the past and recently leased a replacement for one that was no longer suitable. Sadly, my husband died shortly after this, and the company have been so kind and accommodating in advising on a vehicle convenient to my change in requirements. Highly recommended.

Hired a WAV for the Easter weekend through Flexmobility who couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service, having never hired a vehicle like this before, they talked me through the whole process and were great.
