Ford Transit 2025 LWB

0 Previous Owners, 1980 Ford Transit LWB with only 12600 Miles from new. This is a LHD import from Europe where we believe it would be a fire service vehicle at some point. Its fully UK registered and we have the V5 here, showing its 1 and only UK owner. I drove this here personally today covering just under 70 miles. It drives really well, but is a bit low geared , as a lot of these were. Body LWB Transit with twin side doors and one piece rear door. The shell is spotless for its age and very original. Its never been welded and is about as good as they come. These vehicles had a grey base colour on the inside and door checks etc then the fire service red outside. Paintwork is very tidy, with only a few minor marks on it. Overall for its age its superb.Mechanics 2.0 Pinto which is really sweet and quiet. Original 4 speed box. As mentioned its really low geared and if you were serious about it you may need to rethink the diff ratio. Starts runs and drives well. Recently had oil, filter plugs etc. Not sure when the timing belt was last done , but was owned by a mechanic who had checked it and was happy with it.Interior Original seats, rubber mats, door cards all in very good order. Last owner ply lined the floor, which can be removed if required. Wheels Original wheels which look to have been refurbished, with decent tyres all round.
