Shocking service on this occasion, last used Pentagon Vauxhall Derby over 15 years ago where the service was always terrible (Cowboy wing it culture) hoping things may have improved but boy was i wrong, nothing has changed still the same poor service from staff who clearly not happy working there! So glad am only using there services (recall) as a one off as i now drive an Audi where your treated like a proper customer!

Louisa at pentagon Derby was brilliant. She was very helpful and made the whole process of purchasing the car enjoyable. She was also very respectful of the budget that I had in mind and found a car that was within this.

This place is a con . They tried to sell me a car that needed work and refused to put any work right . And with the work that needed doing should have gone as an advisory on the mot but didn’t .. anything to make the car look and sound perfect. so any one that wants to buy a Kia sorento be aware. I also have pictures and would love to show to mot standards. As I was told before I travelled 2 hours the car was ready and the time I got to them the work was not done at all and kept the car dirty to hide all the damage to the car . Also the manager is very arrogant and rude and all he said is , It’s a second had car and what do I expect. So everyone watch out as they will lie to you just to sell a car

Louisa! What a bloody legend. It’s difficult to really put into words how the experience went, because it all just feels so smooth and natural when dealing with Louisa. Just like picking up a car up off a family friend to borrow for 3 or 4 years. And then we’ll be back for another! Very straight forward. No multiple visits required. And a good laugh along the way! 🙏🏼

Brought a vauxhall grandland yesterday and had a lovely sales man called Matt Hilton , he was really helpful and made us feel at ease throughout the whole experience The only negative thing I can say is that I was promised \xa320 worth of petrol in the car and didn't receive it so the car was on red as soon as we left the forecourt. So we had to make an emergency stop at the nearest petrol station

I have had a frustrating few weeks regarding choosing a car. I wasn't looking to buy a car but I had no choice after having my old car written off by my insurance company after my car was hit while it was parked on the road. I've found looking for cars a frustrating process but I would like to thank Kaden from Pentagon Derby in making the process a lot easier he has gone above and beyond in making the whole process as simple and as straight forward as possible. I told him my budget and what type of vehicle I was looking for and he went to straight to work looking for the right car for me within my budget and I am very happy with the car that I finally chose. I think the whole process took about a week from enquiring to receiving the vehicle. I would highly recommend Pentagon Derby especially Kaden who is very friendly, knowledgeable and goes that extra mile to make sure his customers are happy and satisfied with their purchase.
