I recently purchased a used Tesla from this company and they were very patient and accommodating. They gave me a great part exchange price for my Kia and they even fitted a full set of new tyres, valeted and delivered the car to my work. Five star service and it's good to support a local company. Couldn't recommend enough.

We spoke directly with the owner early yesterday evening regarding a Discovery they had for sale. We made it clear we were ready to purchase immediately. At the time, we were told the car had just failed its MOT but that repairs would be completed by Monday or Tuesday, and that we would be contacted as soon as it was ready. The owner was also made aware that we have a disabled daughter and are currently without a car — a situation that makes finding a vehicle quite urgent for us. At 8am this morning, I texted to confirm that we definitely wanted the car and even offered to pay a deposit to secure it. I received no response. Later that day, my husband called and was told the car was still available and that someone from the office would be in touch. Hours passed without any contact. I texted again to express our anxiety over whether the car was secured — only to be told shortly after that someone else had reserved it online for \xa399. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the urgency of our situation, which the seller was fully aware of. Based on this, I would not recommend this dealership to others.

Deposit Paid, not aloud it back! Viewed and test drove two vehicles and decided that one would be ideal for us, so left a \xa3500 deposit on it. We were going to part exchange our current car that was still on finance. We were asked to send over the settlement figure first thing in the morning and they’ll sent over a new finance quote for the new car - didn’t receive anything until the next day (Saturday). Got sent three quotes all completely wrong. Lost faith a little so found another car at a different dealer. Called to say we’ve changed our minds a purchased elsewhere thinking we would get a least some of our deposit back seeing as it was only three days - no, none of it. Be warned, don’t change your mind even if they make you loose faith in them by not being able to supply a simple finance quote for you.

Payment given and all paperwork completed to drive car away. No issues with vehicle and service booklet and keys handed over complete. Quarter tank and Mot done, to drive car away. Would highly recommend to others.

I forgot to leave a review, but I popped in probably a month, or more ago now to view a lovely Mercedes C-Class saloon, they had. I can't remember who I spoke to now, but he was a tall chap. I did initially agree to call back the following Monday, but forgot to as I ended up working. Long story short, I ended up purchasing another vehicle to my taste. The car EACS were selling was a lovely example, just the interior not really to my liking, in terms of colour. But I was greeted with a warm reception, and the experience very good. I'd definitely consider if needed in the future, purchasing a vehicle from here. Mike.
