FTC Auto Sales were great to deal with, I went to their offices on the Shepperton Studio site where they let me thoroughly inspect the vehicle and a deal was done, which I must say I am very happy with indeed. FTC Auto Sales are a great company to deal with and offer both a great sales service and after sales support. They sorted out all the paperwork there and then, with no fuss and helped me sort out the tax at the same time. The mark of a great company is defined by the way problems are handled and FTC Auto Sales excelled in this regard. After driving my newly purchased van home it wouldn't restart after parking it up. I called the guys at FTC Auto Sales very late in the day, they responded and promised to have a mechanic with me the next day. Their mechanic arrived the next morning and solved all the problems without any fuss by replacing the failed parts (alternator and battery). I highly recommend this company for all your used van needs.

Avoid …if you don’t want a massive headache don’t buy Most garages won’t deal with warranty company Now having to pay at the Toyota garage out of my own pocket Warranty void from mr clutch as they say this has been tampered with by seller, also look at wear on steering wheel and gear stick ,handbrake and inner cills verses mileage most of them badly worn for 19000 miles

Shocking, was told body had no dints. Travelled 125miles only yo find the van was in poor condition and had lots of big dints in the bonnet and a scrape down the wheel arch. The boss said to me if you don’t buy I have another 3 guys waiting. Shocking attitude and the boss had no people skills. Curb side motors at best. Check the verticals and don’t go by the photos as I did. Lesson learned.

Having seen many Van showrooms, came across FTC by accident. Had no previous knowledge that such a facility existed. One has to enter the Studio grounds to locate sales office. Very strict security as one can imagine. A very nice rep came to meet us, took us to the facility where we viewed the van, in immaculate condition and the price was more favourable than anything we had viewed elsewhere. We were able to make a decision to purchase the vehicle then and there. I cannot complement the staff enough. They were so friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy.
