Bought a 20000 van with 12 months warranty after a week I took it back to the garage where they admitted their was a fault with the fan unit and issues that were picked up on the mot advisory were not done. I’ve made loads of phone calls to see when the works are going to address but every time I phone up I always get I will get back to you this has happened on numerous time over the last few weeks. No one has phone me it always me phoning the garage.I’m disgusting at the way I’ve been treated.poor after service.

Totally brilliant customer service. Got me the van I was interested in up from Llanelli in about an hour. Communication wonderful and couldn't be more helpful. Definitely fully recommend this garage!

We've had our new (to us) Mitsubishi just short of a month, purchased online and through Cawdor Llanybydder. It's the best experience we've ever had buying a car.
