Wouldn’t recommend Bought a truck of them a while back and I’ve upgraded the front bumper, absolutely horrified what was behind it, both bumper bars bent , truck was accident damaged and not being Registered Think twice before u buy anything from them

We have had 2 Audi’s from days Cardiff now, they offer a no sugar coated transparent business with a great Warrenty that is completely worth the money (unlike other warranties I have suffered in the past) very recommend

Overall, I would recommend Days. They offer a personalised service and are easily contactable. Adrian was very friendly and talked me through any questions I had. There was an issue in that my car was advertised as having AndroidAuto but it didn't. However, Days were quick to apologise, assist in resolving the issue and explained why this happened and steps taken to ensure this wouldn't happen again. The auto rain sensing wiper function didn't work but this didn't overly bother me. There was an issue with the warranty but Days again put me first and sorted this very quickly. Their service could be modernised but as a family owned business, they were approachable and responded to any issues quickly. Thank you Days!

Went to Day’s to buy my first car and I’m so glad I did. Adrian was absolutely lovely, very informative, and made the whole process enjoyable and easy. Test drive was great and easy to arrange, and we weren’t pressured or rushed into making a decision. The MOT, clean, etc was completed earlier than predicted so got the car sooner!! Adrian seemed as happy to sell the car as we were to buy! Overall, cannot fault anything, and highly recommend :)

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this garage, and I feel compelled to share my concerns about their unprofessional behavior. I purchased a car from them and specifically asked about a warranty. When I initially reserved the car online, I selected a 3-month warranty option. However, when I went to collect the car, I encountered serious issues. One of the staff members, who may have been the manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He refused to provide the warranty, stating that it was because I had mentioned the possibility of using the car for taxi work in the future. I explained that, as of now, I am buying the car for personal use, and any potential taxi use is uncertain and far off. Despite this, he was adamant that I couldn’t receive any warranty because of this comment. Moreover, he made it very clear that if I encountered any issues driving home, they wouldn’t be covered either. I left feeling as though I was treated unfairly, and I can’t help but wonder if my treatment was influenced by factors beyond the stated policy. If anyone else were in my position, they might have left the car there, but I had already promised my children I’d be bringing home a car, and they were so excited. Reluctantly, I decided to complete the purchase. Since driving the car, I’ve discovered multiple issues. The brakes have problems, and both the cruise control and parking assistance don’t work. Given the issues I’ve faced with the vehicle and the poor customer service, I am deeply dissatisfied with my purchase and hope this feedback is taken seriously by the management team.

I bought my first car from Day's Motorpark Cardiff. Good choice of car. Very nice owner and good communication from the sales manager. Very helpful and reassuring after sales service and I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Travelled from Huddersfield to Cardiff at the weekend to look at a car we’d seen online. Mark Thomas was so very helpful with everything, including private number plate. Will definitely recommend Days to family & friends & will look to buy from them in the future.

Brilliant- staff were not pushy and very helpful with queries, above and beyond compared to other garages visited (Toyota tried hiding defects present on vehicles they were showing off) Would definitely use again in the future if I'm looking for a new car

Bad experience Saw a car I liked and phones to ask about general condition, owners etc. was assured on the phone that the car was in good condition so paid the \xa3100 deposit. Made them aware on more than one occasion that I’d be travelling 4 hours each way so would like to know of any defects. Again assured that the car was in good condition. So made the journey down with my son and turns out they forgot to mention that there was a huge crack on the windscreen! After bringing this up, the man went to discuss with his colleagues and left us waiting for quite some time. At this point we discovered the buttons to control the radio were jammed in. Then the offer they made us: they’ll knock \xa3100 off and we would have to claim for a new windscreen on our insurance. Really?! It costed \xa360 in fuel to make the two journeys. Not to mention taking the day off work, 8 hours worth of travelling and potentially risking the insurance premium increasing on renewal. Very frustrated in this experience.
