I booked in weeks prior and advised the rear handbrake was defective, and the rear view camera was playing up. This was found after failing its first mot test. Also said the pads needed replacing and if it wasn't a silly price (around \xa3150) this could be done ant my expense as the mot station had checked the sensor/leads/discks and pads. I dropped the van at the garage at 8am (appointment was 8-10am) I stated the above on at least three occasions, booking, the pre arrival form sent to me and on telephone the day before. I tried calling at 2pm for an update and continued until finally getting someone to pick the phone up at 315pm. None of the work had been done. On arrival after venting my frustration I was then handed an invoice for a "non scheduled brake system check" My van had until the 1st of December before I am then unable to use it as it won't be legal. I felt I have been completely taken for a fool and the staff didn't care in the slightest. I opened a complaint woth ford Commercial who have tried to call and can't get through! Says it all really! Follow up 16/12/24. Still no reply from the "customer care team" either 08/01/25 Motus contacted me for a survey, still waiting for a reply to my complaint which has been totally ignored to date! 2/6/25 All customer complaints emails/calls completely ignored.

Buying a van remotely was a bit nervy especially when you haven’t physically seen it, but Danny was extremely helpful, polite and easy to get along with. The process was made very smooth and got sent a walk around video to show me the vehicle in close up. From my initial enquiry to purchase to delivery, I can’t fault the way I was dealt with and the whole process in general. You always have a few doubts when making a large purchase sight unseen but Danny and the Ford Transit Centre Grimsby made this very easy and I would use them again and recommend them without hesitation. Very pleased.
