Paul & Lewis are great to work with and I have been dealing with BHRV since 2019. Their vehicle conversions are of a very high standard and as a company they are always looking to evolve.

Sent me a spare key that’s not even paired with the van I purchased. Their answer is to go find someone to fix it and pay for it yourself.

Not reliable at all. I purchased a brand new refrigerated van but it did not come fully insulated. There was some part close to the back door that was not insulated. Their excuse was that I had chosen the standard insulation but my argument was not about the level of insulation but the lack of it.

Used BHRV for services twice now, returned a second time due to the great service and friendly sales team, topped off by a great product. Top rating required!

Fantastic experience from north of Scotland to south of England with very little hassle. Van delivered to the door all coordinated by BHRV. would definitely recommend or use them again should we need another fridge van.
