We were towed to this repair shop, and the service was excellent. Communication with Peter Gaines was complete, clear, and precise. Every process was explained, and since all spare parts were in stock, our Sprinter was repaired promptly. We highly recommend the shop.

Had my A Class Motorhome into Ciceley Commercials Darwin for some Mercedes recall items. This took a little longer than we had anticipated and as I had another urgent appointment they arranged a lift back to Lancaster. Once the work was complete they delivered my Motorhome back to my home address. It’s very rare indeed to experience this level of customer service. I cannot rate this company highly enough.

I can’t rate my experience higher. My van was recovered there after hours. It was diagnosed overnight and by the morning I had a call with an estimate and discussing what was required. Jason kept me up to date the whole way and couldn’t have been friendlier and more professional. 10/10. Thank you so much for a brilliant experience.

E Vito in for repairs and was handed the keys back with not enough miles in charge to get me back. At other dealers they fully charge the vehicles as a courtesy. When I asked if the van could be charged for 20 mins to get me home they said this is chargeable! (Monetary terms) Wow! Yea it might cost the company a few pence but why would you not go the extra step to make customers happy?
