I was doing some work on a truck last week and I was really pleased with the help I received from a guy called ‘jonno’ he came out of his way to help and make sure everything was right for me! Very rarely get that type of service in a main dealers (to be honest hull thomsons and border trucks Carlisle are great too) but I wanted to let the company know jonno is a credit to your firm. Above and beyond. This without any doubt has been the best experience purchasing a van, and I have had a few from ford and mercedes . Ian at diamond Warrington has been 1st class from first point of contact until my new master was delivered.
