Worst experience and service in all my years with garages. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone, absolutely no support from them when things go wrong all they want is your money Being forced to go to the Motor Ombudsman for justice

Took my Fiat fullback in for a service and MOT. The work was completed and I received a vehicle report telling me that my brakes were at 50% all round, one week later and 300 miles my front brakes failed with metal to metal sounds coming from the front wheels. Spoke to Motus and was told they could do anything for three weeks. Ended up at Kwik fit who replaced both front discs and pads plus one tyre, this vehicle had passed an MOT 300 miles earlier!!!

I took my Fiat Ducato Campervan into Fiat Commercials Derby today with an engine warning light showing. The reception staff were very friendly and introduced me to James. James hooked it up to his computer and located the fault which turned out to be exactly what he thought it might be..... a Particulate Sensor and replaced it for me in no time. It was an excellent service and James is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I will certainly recommend Fiat Commercials to anyone. Keep up the good work Fiat Commercials. Steve

Can’t recommend Motus Derby highly enough. We had a horrible experience with Timberland in Chesterfield who sold us a motorhome with huge issues but Motus (especially James and Becs) carried out a top quality repair and were friendly and professional throughout. Won’t take the moho anywhere else now.

Very disappointed. Took my motorhome in to get software update for GPS. Told it was not available and problem needed to be diagnosed. Had already told them on the phone what the issue was and had been told that a fix was available. Total waste of a morning. Best avoided.

FIAT DERBY - Absolutely fantastic service! From start to finish the service given by James was well above and beyond all expectations! His knowledge of the Fiat product was very impressive. Highly recommended.
