Absolute Joke!!!! I really wanted to put 0 stars. Firstly I rang to arrange an appointment to view the van as I thought it was a MUST throughout the current Pandemic! At this point all was well he asked me could I do 12 as I wanted 11ish so all good and no mention of any other interest in the van. As I arrived to the yard a few minutes early there was already another van in, I presumed it was another van for sale as both guys were stood close together. I was approached by one of the men who said "I'm really sorry but the this man has just turned up without appointment and bought the van". Obviously I was fuming as he hadn't rang to let me know or said to the other buyer I'm expecting someone who's booked an appointment if you could book in for after that viewing............ Sticking to the government's advice really! No consideration for customers who are having to work throughout the current climate and sticking to governments rules. Trying to book appointments, wearing masks, and stick to distances then he blatantly ignores all rules to get a SALE!! He was polite about it but still not the correct way to do things. I had to put work off for the day and a waisted journey which was essential until he did that.

My Van had broken, and needed to get a new van fast.... under time pressure we bought a Ford transit from Bennett vans.. we are delighted with our van.. great honest guy... highly recommend.. thanks your a life saver.

Bought a Transit that looked good with RAC and new MOT & Alternator. Broke down on way home to South Wales (hindsight should have taken it back to dealer) lost days work getting two new batteries as totally dead 7&9 volts even on charge. Was not charging faulty connection. After a month alternator fell apart and a new one fitted by me. \xa36k for van, \xa3700 work done since and lost days work. Rust coming through quick blow over to make it look good. Nice guy, but would not deal with again or recommend. Disappointed !!
