Just dealt with Jamie Massie in sales he has been brilliant all the way hope his bosses know what that have with him

Bought a transporter in 2022. Told me timing belt and water pump done but gave no proof on request. Put a bumper protector on as a ‘courtesy’, no mention of the massive scratches it was covering. Broken washer line on drive home, said they would pay for this fixed locally, sent them the invoice and they never bothered to pay it. Total shambles. Dealt with Tom Nicholson

Diabolical customer service. Every time we book our van in for service or repair they let you down the day before, with no loan vehicle. I do not think they understand that people with vans need them to work and earn a living. Might help if they actually rang you back and tried to resolve the problem. I wish we had bought a Ford Transit.

If i could rate them zero that would be too high, they have had our van for warranty work for 6 months and it's still not done! Do not use they are a disgrace to the VW brand they do not answer the phone or emails we have to resort to going there in person to even speak to them, the poor girl on reception just says they are understaffed etc but it's not her fault i am in the process of a raising a complaint with VW direct and also taking them to court for hire costs for a replacement van for the last 6 months!

Terrible, van went in for a service, came away with a part that they had forgotten to put on so I had to go back, 2 weeks later my oil light has come on after supposedly having an oil service. Dipped it and there’s no oil in there. Avoid avoid avoid.
