Highly professional and trustworthy with a genuine personal touch. I bought my 2019 Vauxhall Vivaro recently from DRB, it was displayed on their Lamerton forecourt, and I was given plenty of time to drive it and check it out by Jason. The whole process was effortless. It looked great inside and out and had been really well detailed. A few niggles arose but were dealt with quickly and effectively without question at their large busy workshops in Pits Cleave. It needed a new rear door catch and bent bumper also during checking it over they discovered the battery was not at its best and immediately replaced it with new without me having to ask. All done for free within my free 3 month warranty. It is 'only' a \xa310k van, but that's massive for me and like many of us I was nervous. None of us can fix our own vehicles nowadays, it truly is an expert professional trade and this was my first encounter with DRB. The mechanics did a great job - neat, tidy and within the time they said they would. I was particularly impressed with Kyle on reception who phoned me midday to update me on progress and let me know that it would all be done by end of day, as planned. I also really liked the fact that when I collected it David took time to talk me through all that had been done and reassured me that I should just give them a call if I had any other queries. 5* throughout.

Would highly recommend (and encourage) anyone to use DRB Car Sales for their next purchase. Dave, Dominic and Charles were very reasonable to deal with and super responsive. The turnaround between first enquiry and collection and purchase of our new car was pretty much 24 hours, including a part exchange of our old vehicle. The news car is perfect for our family and has been kept to a high standard, with a new MOT completed on the day of collection when requested. Again, would highly recommend and rate! Thanks all!
