Simple, smooth and easy transaction by Gerry and the team. Martin had a 180 mile drive to deliver the car and was spot on time, he always answered messages and kept us up to speed on arrival time. Nice to come across people like this in the car trade.

Had issues with the vehicle i purchased in just a couple of weeks, I was told to return the vehicle to garage I knew nothing about who would refute my claims. When I asked to return to vehicle for a refund as per my rights under consumer rights act 2015, I was told to stop contacting them and take them to court, telling e the court waiting list is around 13 months. I would be very cautious dealing with this company.

I was after a different car and after looking at many different places to purchase one from I decided to go to this company and was greeted by Martin who looked after me while I was there. No sales pressure from anyone while I was browsing round the very nice looking motors they had In, I decided on on and was very well looked after and informed on the vehicle I chose. I could not have felt more at ease whilst there. Fantastic place to go to get your next motor. Thanks to all involved, very pleased with the purchase.

I was looking to get a Jeep Renegade, I know only too well about the image car salespeople have after a recent experience so always on the back foot, after almost giving up I saw a lovely Jeep Renegade on Quality Cars and Vans, after getting in touch I felt more confident and reassured having spoken to Gerard, who seemed down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Myself and my son went to have a look and saw another Jeep which seemed to appeal to me. David at the Garage again was friendly, approachable and answered any questions we had, a day later we purchased the Jeep, the drive back home felt great. From the moment I enquired about The Jeep, Gerard kept me informed and updated likewise David was down to earth and nothing seemed like it was too much or trivial. Buying a car can be stressful but sometimes you do come across some genuine sellers who may not have all the glamour, sofas and drink as much coffee as you can while you browse. SHE HAS ONLY BEEN SERVICED AT THIS GARAGE I HAVE CALLED THEM AND THEY KNOW THE VAN. UNFORTUNATLEY THE HISTORY BOOK IS LOST THE STICKER IS IN THE WINDSCREEN NEXT SERVICE IS DUE AT 145K.SHE WIILL BE COMING WITH A FULL MOT ON SALE! THIS VAN IS ABOUT AS CLEAN AS A 10 YEAR OLD VAN CAN GET LOOK AT THE PICS YOURSELF.THE SEATS HAVE ALWAYS HAD SEAT COVERS ON THEM AND IVE TAKEN THEM OFF AND THE SEATS ARE AMAZING.I STILL HAVE THE COVERS.GOOD TYRES ALL AROUND. AIR CONDITIONING COLD BUT NOT FREEZING.OIL SERVICE COMES UP JUST NEEDS RESETTING OUR COMPUTER DOESN'T DO IT BUT ITS JUST BEEN SERVICED.
