Had MOT done in July 2023, failed on multiple items and I requested a price for works to be carried out. Next day I get a phone call to say my vehicle is ready for collection with a bill of nearly \xa3700. I didn’t have many options other than to pay this and collect the vehicle. The following November I received a phone call asking me to pay more money as they found an invoice in their unpaid pile for more things they hadn’t included on my original bill (even though they’re listed in a comments section on the invoice I have already paid). It’s now 8 months later, I’m being harassed by them for payment, and continuously receiving emails threatening court action if I don’t pay. This is basically a scam and I’m being pressured into paying more money with no other options. Safe to say I won’t be using this garage again, and I will be recommending that everyone should avoid them. Fraudsters.
