Great Yarmouth1972 Triumph T150V Trident US Export Spec in Black. This T150 was reimported back into the UK in 2017 and was declared manufactured in 1972. For 1972, Although the frame remained largely as before, the angular, heavy set Ogle Design styling of the first series gave way to a lighter, leaner more elegant and traditional style with a new smaller tank, revised mudguards and simpler side panels complimented by tapered silencers, slimline front forks bereft of gaiters. The groups new 8' twin leading shoe conical front brake and hub was adopted and the front tyre size now mirrored that of the rear. Both using 19' spoked rims. This 5 speed bike has a US spec tank finished in black with gold scallops and white pinstripes, chrome front and rear mudguards, Western style 7/8's chrome swept handlebars and Norton Pea Shooter reverse cone silencers. This machine is being sold as a collectors item, part of a stunning private collection of Vintage and Classic machines that have all been dry stored for several of years and will require recommissioning prior to use.
