This is a no frills used car dealership operating from a shed at the back of a trading estate - so you\u2019re not paying for the smart sofas and coffee you get at the main dealers and they have competitive prices as a result. I bought a car - it was priced reasonably - but they were not interested in negotiating at all and indeed added a \xa3300 admin fee on top of the advertised price on Autotrader (it was listed in the text of the advert but made their car look much better value in the search results - sharp). They offered a lousy px (and I sold privately for double what they offered). Comms was challenging - messages/emails not responded to quickly and no consistent salesman throughout the two visit process - minimal customer service. Stocking finance not cleared before I paid (but I was given written confirmation that it would be cleared within 48 hours). No AA check or warranty given despite notices in the office / website referring to this. So in summary not an easy or particularly pleasant buying process but all that said a good nearly new car at a reasonable price.
